We created Mindshare with the vision to create common understanding over complex topics, both in professional world and society as a whole. 

Our experience in IT analysis, business process management, project management, stakeholder management and collaboration bought us to the conclusion that misunderstanding causes substantial inefficiencies and errors in knowledge sharing and collaboration process.

Knowledge is often passed between people with very different background, so no matter how good the presentation is, the audience can form different understanding or miss important insights. This is usually mitigated by adding details or using visualisations, but can lead to cluttering and increased effort to copy details between sources.  

Edge cases are omitted, business rules are incomplete, requirements are misinterpretted and the solution slowly driffts away from real business needed, causing the projects to face obstacles and slow down because of such inefficiencies.

We think that the issue is lack of effective format to capture and share complicated information and that the solution is a format combining conceptualisation, in form of visual knowledge graph, with the structured storing and browsing capabilities of a relational database.
